If you are already lean what you need to do is just continue to work out your arms hard. When you arm muscles grow they will give the appearance of looking more defined if you already have low bodyfat. Here is a list of exercises for both your triceps and biceps, your two arm muscles.
Triceps:
dips
tricep extensions
tricep pushdowns
close-grip bench press
Biceps:
dumbell curls
barbell curls
any variation of the above (bent over, in different positions, different hand placements, etc.)
