The USA has the best aviation industry, as far as quality and number of aircraft. They probably have the most airline pilots too, but that’s just a guess.

Various countries in Asia.
They’re so desperate for pilots they’re taking people off the street, putting them through 200 hours of sims and sticking them in the right seat of jets.
We have the most Planes and Airlines but I would say the asia and india market is being quite profitable right now. When you say aviation industry there are a lot of variables.
I would stay here (usa) if you are looking at becoming a airline pilot.. . . but if you can try looking abroad it would be more exotic. . It would help to know another language.
